Fall Prevention Light Dimmer Specifications

Power Sensing
The Fall Prevention Light Dimmer senses when power is applied to the wall outlet by a wall switch, and automatically dims the lamp to full brightness. If you have a Lamp in your bedroom that you turn on and off by a wall light switch, use that wall outlet to power your Light Controller and Lamp.

Standby Mode
The Light Controller & Dimmer automatically senses when you switch your lamp to "off", or when the light bulb has burned out. The "Standby" LED will illuminate until your Lamp is switched to "on" or the bulb is replaced. When the LightTouch senses the Lamp is again operational it automatically dims your Lamp to full bright.

Flashing Light Timer LEDs
To use the light timer, e.g. as a night light before going to sleep: The lights indicating 30, 60 and 90 minute Timer Settings flash at a slow rate during countdown to indicate normal Timer operation. When 2 minutes remain before the Light Timer expires and the Lamp dims to "off", the 30 minute LED will flash at twice the normal rate to indicate the timer is close to expiration. Expiration Warning - With 10 seconds remaining before the Timer expires and the Lamp dims to "off", the Lamp will DIM DOWN TO 50% BRIGHTNESS. This allows the user a short period of time to reset the Light Timer before the Timer Setting expires and the Lamp dims to "off".

Power Protection
Your Fall Prevention Light Controller & Dimmer will continue to operate normally even if you have power spikes or drops of up to 5 seconds in length.
